1. Policy Overview
We offer a one-time Full Personality Report (US$3.89), which is AI-personalized, instantly-generated digital content. Once the report is produced and delivered to you, the service is considered rendered and refunds are not available by default.
That said, we care about your experience. If any of the situations below apply to you, contact support — we review case-by-case and process refunds manually where appropriate.
We currently offer one-time payment only and do not provide any subscription plan. If a subscription is introduced in the future, its refund and cancellation terms will be announced on this page.
2. Eligible Situations
- System error caused double-charge (same order charged twice)
- Payment succeeded but the report was never generated(more than 30 minutes elapsed and you still cannot see the report)
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction(please also contact your card issuer)
- Major service defect rendering the report unreadable
3. Typically Not Refundable
- Report has been generated and is readable (service delivered)
- Subjective opinion that the report "doesn't feel accurate" or "doesn't resonate" (personalized interpretation may vary)
- Account suspension due to terms-of-service violations
- Request submitted more than 30 days after payment
Even in the situations above, you may still contact support — we will consider each case on its merits.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@vedicpersonality.comwith the subject "Refund Request", including:
- Order number (from your payment confirmation email or credit card statement)
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for the refund
- (Optional) screenshots or other supporting evidence
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Request received: automated confirmation email
- Review: typically completed within 1-3 business days
- Refund processed: after approval, we manually issue the refund to your original credit card
- Funds returned: depending on your bank's processing time, refunds typically post in 7-14 business days to the original credit card
Credit card refunds may not reflect until the next billing cycle. Cross-border refund FX rates are set by the acquirer and may differ slightly from the original charge amount.
